Dream My Home Space opened its doors in 2022 in Miller, Missouri, with a single conviction: American homes deserve renovation work that respects both the people living in them and the materials going into them. We are not a flip-and-forget operation. Every wall we open, every roof we lay, every system we install is treated as a long-arc commitment to the household on the other side.

We are also licensed in Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma for select disciplines. Documentation is available on request — and we hand a printed copy to every client at contract signing.

We document the damage in 4K, write a scope of work in the adjuster's language, and attend the on-site inspection with them. Our clients typically see 18–32% higher claim settlements than those who negotiate alone.

Our primary service area is a 90-minute radius around Miller, Missouri — which covers Springfield, Branson, Joplin, Fayetteville (AR), and parts of eastern Kansas and Oklahoma. Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of the Dream My Home Space website and the services we provide. By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or signing a contract with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Dream My Home Space provides home renovation, remodeling, and related services including but not limited to: interior and exterior renovation, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, roofing, flooring, door and window installation, solar and energy systems, home security, and fire security systems. Specific scope, pricing, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate written contract signed by both parties.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All initial estimates provided through this website or by phone are approximate and based on the information you provide. A binding fixed-price quote is issued only after an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise quotes if the project scope changes after contract signing.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% at contract signing, 30% at rough-in completion, 30% at finish, and 10% at final walk-through. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We accept ACH transfer, check, and credit card (with a 2.9% processing fee). Financing options are available through third-party lenders; terms vary by lender and creditworthiness.

4. Warranty

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on labor for as long as the original client owns the home. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client and registered on the client's behalf. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@dreamyhomespace.com. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, modification by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project contract with written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all labor and materials incurred up to the cancellation date, plus a 15% cancellation fee on the remaining contract value. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dream My Home Space's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total contract value of the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or loss of property value.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to submit false or misleading information through our forms, and not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site. All content on this site — text, images, layouts, and code — is the property of Dream My Home Space and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided by Dream My Home Space shall be resolved in the courts of U.S. District Court.
