We are a Missouri-based renovation studio crafting smarter, safer and more beautiful homes across the Midwest. From bespoke interiors to roofing, solar and security — every project is engineered to outlive trends and reward the people who live inside it.
Dream My Home Space opened its doors in 2022 in Miller, Missouri, with a single conviction: American homes deserve renovation work that respects both the people living in them and the materials going into them. We are not a flip-and-forget operation. Every wall we open, every roof we lay, every system we install is treated as a long-arc commitment to the household on the other side.
Our team blends licensed tradespeople, in-house designers and smart-home engineers under one roof — so a single conversation can move from custom cabinetry to solar integration to fire security without losing the thread.
We believe a renovation should outlast the mortgage, not the trend cycle. Our vision is a Midwest where homeownership feels less like a burden and more like a long, well-built conversation between a family and the place they call home.
Every project we accept is scoped against three tests: will it last 25 years, will it lower the cost of living in this home, and will the family still love it a decade from now. If we cannot answer yes to all three, we redesign.
We would rather lose a job than underquote it. We would rather walk a client out of a bad idea than build it. Our values are the slow, quiet kind — and they are the reason most of our work now comes from referrals.
We do not chase change orders. We do not subcontract our reputation. Every system we install — from roofing to solar to security — is documented, photographed and handed to the homeowner as a living manual for the house.
We do not advertise. We do not run promotions. Every client we earn arrives because someone they trust told them to. Here is what those referrals are actually pointing at.
Once we quote, we hold the line. No surprise line items, no padded change orders, no contractual drift. The number on the proposal is the number on the final invoice — or we eat the difference.
→Every electrician, plumber, roofer and solar installer on your project is a Dream My Home Space employee — not a sub pulled off another job. The accountability stays in one place.
→We warranty our labor for as long as you own the home. If a seam we cut leaks in 2034, we come back and fix it. That is not marketing — it is the only way we know how to sleep at night.
→At project close you receive a printed and digital manual: every material spec, every system serial number, every warranty card, every maintenance interval. Your house, fully documented.
→Security, lighting, climate and energy systems are designed together from day one — not bolted on after the drywall goes up. Your home thinks for itself, without becoming a science project.
→Our average tradesperson has 14 years on the tools. We hire from the Ozarks, we live in the Ozarks, and every dollar you spend with us stays in the region that built us.
→From the first phone call to the final walk-through, your project moves through one team — ours. No general contractor reshuffling, no rotating faces, no finger-pointing if something is not right.
A 90-minute on-site walk-through, a structural audit, a full smart-home potential report, and a frank conversation about budget. No charge, no obligation.
Our in-house designers draft detailed drawings, material specs, smart-home wiring maps and a fixed-price quote. You sign only when every detail is resolved.
Trades arrive in coordinated phases — demolition, rough-in, systems, finish. Weekly progress photos, a shared project timeline, and a single point of contact throughout.
A final walk-through, a printed homeowner manual, smart-system onboarding, and a lifetime workmanship warranty. One number to call — for as long as you own the home.
No inflated anchor prices, no fake "premium" tiers. Every package below is a real starting point — final pricing depends on square footage, scope and material selections. We will tell you the real number on the first call.

We will walk the property, audit what is there, and tell you — honestly — what is worth doing now and what can wait.
For as long as you own the home, we own the work.
We carry $2M general liability, full workers' comp, and we warranty every system we install. But the warranty homeowners actually remember is the one we honor with a phone call, not a contract clause.
Tell us what you are trying to fix, build or upgrade. We will call you within one business day to schedule a 90-minute on-site audit — at no cost, with no obligation.
We partner with Missouri-licensed real estate agents and mortgage brokers to make sure the work we do on your home actually shows up in the appraisal, the listing, and the closing statement. Renovation without resale intelligence is just spending.
We do not curate these. We do not pay for them. Every review below was written by a homeowner who paid full price for their project and would, by their own words, hire us again.
"Dream My Home Space renovated our 1920s farmhouse kitchen and somehow made the original trim look like it belonged with the new cabinetry. The crew was on time, every day, for nine weeks. That alone is worth five stars."
"I had three quotes for a metal roof. SHA was not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who could tell me exactly why the cheap quote was cheap. Roof went on in two days, no leaks, no surprises on the invoice."
"They installed a 9.6kW solar array, two Powerwalls, and a full security system in one coordinated project. One project manager, one phone number, one warranty. My electric bill went from $280 to $14. I am writing this review because of that."
"We bought a fixer-upper in Kansas City and SHA handled everything — bathroom, flooring, electrical, security. They handed us a binder at the end with every spec, every warranty card, every serial number. I have never had a contractor do that."
"The bathroom renovation was supposed to take three weeks. It took three weeks. To the day. I have owned homes for 22 years and this is the first time a contractor finished when they said they would."
"A tree fell on our roof in May. SHA had a tarp on it within four hours, a full replacement scheduled the next week, and worked directly with our insurance adjuster. They got us $4,200 more on the claim than the adjuster originally offered."
Yes. Dream My Home Space holds a Missouri residential contractor license (BC-8804331), carries $2,000,000 in general liability coverage, and every member of our crew is covered by workers' compensation. We are also licensed in Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma for select disciplines. Documentation is available on request — and we hand a printed copy to every client at contract signing.
The studio was founded in 2022 in Miller, Missouri. In three years we have completed over 480 projects across four states. While the company is young, our tradespeople average 14 years on the tools — we built the studio by gathering experienced Missouri craftspeople under one roof, not by hiring crews off job boards.
Yes — every initial estimate is free. We schedule a 90-minute on-site visit, walk the property, document the scope, and follow up with a fixed-price quote within 5 business days. There is no obligation, no pressure, and no charge for the visit. If you decide not to work with us, the audit and notes are still yours to keep.
Every project carries our lifetime workmanship warranty — for as long as you own the home, we will repair any defect in our labor at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials (roofing, solar panels, HVAC equipment, etc.) are passed through to you directly and registered on your behalf. The warranty is transferable once to a subsequent owner within 5 years of project completion.
Yes. We work directly with insurance adjusters on storm, fire and water damage claims — most often roofing, siding and interior water mitigation. We document the damage in 4K, write a scope of work in the adjuster's language, and attend the on-site inspection with them. Our clients typically see 18–32% higher claim settlements than those who negotiate alone.
Our primary service area is a 90-minute radius around Miller, Missouri — which covers Springfield, Branson, Joplin, Fayetteville (AR), and parts of eastern Kansas and Oklahoma. For larger projects ($75,000+) we travel statewide and into neighboring states. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, call us — we will be straight with you either way.
That is one of the things we do best. Our smart-home team and our solar team sit in the same office and use the same project management software. A typical integrated project includes solar generation, battery backup, smart electrical panels, security, lighting, climate and — if you want it — voice control. The result is one app, one warranty, one number to call when something needs attention.
Standard payment terms are 30% at contract signing (covers materials and scheduling), 30% at rough-in completion, 30% at finish, and 10% at final walk-through. We accept ACH, check, and credit card (with a 2.9% processing fee). We also partner with three Missouri lenders for 0% APR renovation financing up to 60 months on qualifying projects — we can introduce you during the first call.
We answer the phone. We return emails the same day. And if you want to drop by the workshop in Miller to see samples, meet the crew and kick the tires, the coffee is on us.
Once a month — never more — we send a short, ad-free note on materials, smart-home systems, energy savings and renovation strategy. No spam, no third-party sharing, no nonsense. Unsubscribe in one click.
